RIVERBILLY TO MAKE NATIONAL TELEVISON DEBUT ON FOX NEWS CHANNEL'S HUCKABEE

Nashville, Tenn (February 8, 2011) – After giving rising country music group, Riverbilly’s “Like Father, Like Son,” a listen, Mike Huckabee was inspired.

"I hear lots of excellent and talented bands seeking their way into the entertainment world, but occasionally an exceptional group of musicians find an exceptional song that helps them break out,“ says Huckabee. “Riverbilly is such a band and ‘Like Father, Like Son’ is such a song. Keep your eyes on these guys.”

And with that, the former Arkansas governor booked his fellow Arkansans for a national performance on his hit Fox News Channel weekend show, Huckabee.

This Saturday, February 12, with the governor joining in on bass guitar, Riverbilly will perform “Like Father, Like Son,” a song inspired and written in recognition of spousal abuse.

“Since we’re so close to Valentine’s Day, we thought this would be appropriate,” says lead singer Travis Caudell. “Spousal abuse is something that occurs every single day all over the world. We hope this song helps make folks a bit more aware of the seriousness of what’s happening out there.”

Founded in Little Rock, Arkansas, Riverbilly’s four-member band is comprised of Brad Rickett (drums), Paul Sanders (bass guitar, vocals), Travis Caudell (lead vocals, guitar) and Trey Hill (lead guitar, vocals). Since it’s 2006 conception, Riverbilly has continued its ascension into country music success, opening for some of the biggest names in the industry including Dierks Bentley, Blake Shelton, Little Big Town, Darius Rucker, Josh Turner, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean and Charlie Daniels.
